During the Vanderbilt women’s recent trip to Jacksonville, Fla., head coach Melanie Balcomb surprised the team at an informal gathering by announcing that Myka Dancy and Miaya Seawright were being given scholarships for the 2016-17 season as a means of rewarding their efforts this season.
