The Commodores are in North Brunswick, N.J. this weekend for Monmouth’s Hawk Flight Invite. The tournament will be held at the Brunswick Zone Carolier, where last fall Vandy won the Fairleigh Dickinson tourney and the NCAA Championship will be held in April.
Play begins Friday at 9:10 a.m. (CST) with five Baker games; Saturday’s five team games are on tap at 8 a.m. (CST) and Sunday’s bracket is at 7:55 a.m. (CST.
The field is relatively small in numbers with Caldwell, Fairleigh Dickinson, Felician, Franklin Pierce, Kutztown, Long Island, Monmouth, New Jersey City, Sam Houston, Saint Francis (NY), Saint Peter’s and Vanderbilt.
There are seven on the travel squad this week: Robyn Renslow, Tori Ferris, Amanda Fry, Olivia Wirtz, Giselle Poss, Kristin Quah and Jordan Newham.
The Commodores will livestream the games on its Cube site as the house wifi system will allow, along with Twitter updates.
