NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Vanderbilt lacrosse team hosts the No. 17 Louisville Cardinals Tuesday afternoon at 3:00 pm CT. Admission is free for all Vanderbilt lacrosse games, with action taking place at the Vanderbilt Soccer/Lacrosse Complex.
Vandy enters the midweek matchup with a 2-0 record, opening up the season on the road with a 16-6 victory over Kennesaw State. The Commodores earned their first home victory of the season on the 14th a 16-7 win over Furman.

Redshirt junior Kelly Chandler leading the Commodore squad in goals with eight on 10 shots on goal. Emma Degras has generated four assists for the black and gold, while Margaret Fee has seven draw controls to her name in two games. In goal Callahan Kent has 14 saves to her name, with opponents tending to take more shots against VU in the second half.
The Cardinals travel to West End with a 3-0 record. Louisville comes off a 14-3 victory over Denver, with Hannah Koloski and Kaylin Morissette leading the Cardinals with three goals apiece.
Louisville leads the series 4-2 against the Commodores. The Cardinals won last season’s competition with a 16-9 victory in Louisville.
