The 15th annual Mason Rudolph Women’s Golf Championship takes place this Friday through Sunday at the Vanderbilt Legends Club in Franklin, Tenn., with 17 teams competing in one of collegiate golf’s most prestigious events. Seven of the top 25 teams from the end of the 2015 season will compete in this weekend’s event on the South Course.
The Commodores, ranked 19th at the end of the 2015 season, will host Alabama (#25), Auburn, GRU-Augusta, Baylor (14), UCF, Georgia, Houston, LSU (11), Louisville, Michigan State, MTSU, Northwestern (13), South Carolina (6), Tulane, Virginia (15), and Yale this weekend at the Vanderbilt Legends Club.
Eighteen holes will take place on Friday through Sunday, with fixed tee times on number one and 10 starting at 8 a.m. CT on Friday and Saturday and 7:30 a.m. CT Sunday. Four out of the team’s five scores will count toward the team total every round.
The tournament will take place on the South Course for the second consecutive year and will be formatted as a par-72, 6,321-yard setup.
The Commodores will be represented by senior Jennifer Hahn, juniors Lauren Johnson and Kate Sborov, and sophomores Alexandra Farnsworth and Cindy Ha. Senior Morgan Ransom, junior Antonia Scherer, and freshman Courtney Zeng will compete as individuals.
