Vanderbilt hosts the SEC’s traveling road show – SEC Nation – this weekend as the Commodores prepare to take on Georgia at 2:30 p.m. Saturday on CBS.

SEC Nation will broadcast live from 9-11 a.m. CT Saturday morning from The Martha Rivers Ingram Commons. All fans and students are invited to attend the live show, which is tailored after ESPN’s popular College Gameday show. Free parking will be available for fans in the lot at 18th Avenue and Horton Avenue.

The show will broadcast live from the lawn behind The Commons Center, facing the residence halls. This is the same location that was used in 2008 when Vanderbilt hosted College Gameday for the Auburn game. (MAP)

The SEC Nation crew features Joe Tessitore, Tim Tebow, Greg McElroy, Marcus Spears, Paul Finebaum and Kaylee Hartung. Special Vanderbilt guests will also make appearances throughout the show.

This will be SEC Nation’s first visit to Vanderbilt’s campus. Last year, the show broadcast live from Nissan Stadium for Vanderbilt’s game against Ole Miss. The second-year show will visit all 14 SEC schools this season.

Vanderbilt fans are invited to attend the live nationally-televised broadcast before the Georgia game. The broadcast is free to attend.

Vanderbilt hosts Georgia at 2:30 p.m. Saturday. The game will air nationally on CBS with Verne Lundquist, Gary Danielson and Allie LaForce on the broadcast. Tickets remain for the game, and can be purchased HERE.
