Vanderbilt women’s tennis coach Geoff Macdonald has been a regular contributor to the New York Times and its tennis coverage for a number of years. His recent contributions have been previews of the four tennis majors: Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon and U.S. Open.
The U.S. Open gets underway August 31 in New York. On Thursday, Macdonald filed a piece on possible breakout performers at the U.S. Open.
