Rising senior Jennifer Hahn finished the two rounds of stroke play at the U.S. Women’s Amateur in a tie for first with a total of 138 (68-70) after carding a two-under par, 70, on Tuesday. Hahn tied Maria Fassi of Mexico and Angel Yin of Arcadia, Calif., for the individual lead at the Portland Golf Club in Portland, Oregon. Rising sophomore Cindy Ha finished in a tie for ninth with a two-under par, 142 (69-73).
Hahn and Ha both qualified for match play on Wednesday, which pits the top 64 players from stroke play. Television coverage of the event begins at 3 p.m. CT on Fox Sports 1.
