Vanderbilt fans are once again invited to watch Wednesday’s decisive game of the College World Series inside Vanderbilt Stadium.

The CWS championship series is tied at 1-1 after Virginia evened the series Tuesday in Omaha. Tuesday’s watch party was moved indoors to Memorial Gym due to inclement weather. Weather permitting, the event will take place outdoors on Wednesday.

First pitch for the game is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Wednesday and gates to Vanderbilt Stadium will open at 6 p.m. Fans are invited to bring a blanket and watch from the field or seating will be available in the stadium bleachers.

Fans can enter the stadium via Gate 2 or through the tunnel off Jess Neely Drive.

Free parking is available in the Medical Center lots located at the corner of Jess Neely Drive and Natchez Trace. Concessions will be available for purchase and fans will be permitted to bring in their own food and drinks, however no alcohol is allowed. In the event of inclement weather, the stadium will be closed and the event will be canceled.

This is the second straight year Vanderbilt has advanced to the finals at the College World Series with the Commodores looking to defend their national championship.
