Matched his season-best with three hits in Tuesday’s victory over Tennessee Tech, singling three times and driving in two runs.
In the first game of Saturday’s doubleheader at Auburn he singled twice, scored from second base on a wild pitch and roped a RBI-single in the win before adding his second homer of the season in the nightcap to help the Commodores sweep both ends of the doubleheader and clinch the series.
His sacrifice fly in the 10th inning proved to be the winning run in the 7-6 nightcap victory over Auburn.

Vanderbilt improved to 19-5 overall going 3-1 on the week with a Tuesday victory over Tennessee Tech followed by a series victory at Auburn over the weekend… Ryan Johnson worked six strong innings and the Vandy offense cranked out 14 hits in Tuesday night’s 9-1 win over Tennessee Tech… Johnson allowed one run on five hits over six innings for his second win of the season… Bryan Reynolds matched his season-best with three hits, driving in two runs and scoring two more… Tyler Campbell equaled his career-high with three RBI… The Commodores dropped their first league game of the season on Friday night at Auburn losing 6-4… Carson Fulmer was pinned with his first loss of the year allowing a career-high six runs, one earned, on seven hits over 5.2 innings… Bryan Reynolds had two hits and two walks in the loss to push his streak to nine straight plate appearances reaching base… Vandy swept both ends of a doubleheader on Saturday at Auburn in the Dores’ second straight SEC Saturday double dip… In the first game, VU rolled to a 10-5 victory to even the series… Walker Buehler picked up the win allowing three runs on eight hits over 5.2 innings before Philip Pfeifer finished off the win with 3.1 innings to notch his team-best third save… Zander Wiel and Dansby Swanson each hit solo homers in the victory with Wiel driving in three runs… In the nightcap, the Commodores survived an Auburn ninth-inning rally to clinch the series with a 7-6 victory in 10 innings… Ben Bowden entered the ninth inning with a three-run lead but the big lefty allowed three runs before recording an out, he recovered to record the next three outs to send the game to extra innings… In the 10th inning, Bryan Reynolds provided the only run the team needed with a sacrifice fly to center field to score Rhett Wiseman, who went first to third on a Zander Wiel single to left field with one out… Bowden picked up the win, his third, after working a 1-2-3 10th inning… Jordan Sheffield’s third quality start in as many starts was wasted as the right-hander allowed three runs on six hits with six strikeouts over six innings… Vanderbilt remains on the road on Tuesday with the team’s annual trip to Middle Tennessee State set for 6 p.m. in Murfreesboro… The Commodores return home for the weekend to host Tennessee beginning Friday at 6:30 p.m. on SEC Network+… Saturday’s first pitch is slated for 4 p.m. on SEC Network and Sunday’s series finale is set for 2:30 p.m. on SEC Network.
