Team Notes
-The Commodores improved to 18-12 on the season and 8-9 in SEC play with the 66-56 win over Mississippi State in Vanderbilt’s regular season home finale.
-Vanderbilt has won four consecutive games and seven of their last nine.
-The Commodores have assured themselves of not playing in a play-in game next Wednesday at the SEC Tournament.
-Vanderbilt can be ranked as high as the seven seed in the SEC Tournament and as low as 10th. If the tournament started tomorrow, the Commodores would be the eighth seed.
-The Commodores shot 55.3% from the floor, the 10th time this year Vanderbilt has shot 50% or better in a game. VU has a 9-1 record in those games.
-Riley LaChance led four Vanderbilt players in double figures with 15. James Siakam added 12 points, and Wade Baldwin IV and Damian Jones each added 11.
-The Commodores out rebounded the Bulldogs, 27-19, including 9-4 on the offensive glass.
-For the third consecutive game, Vanderbilt trailed at the half and for the seventh time this season after trailing at the break (7-7 record).
-Head coach Kevin Stallings won his 310th career game as Commodore head coach.
-Vanderbilt was 8-17 from beyond the arc for a 47.1% clip. In the last four games, the Commodores are 42-85 (49.4%).
-The Commodores started Wade Baldwin IV, Matthew Fisher-Davis, Riley LaChance, James Siakam, and Josh Henderson, the first time Vanderbilt has started that lineup. Siakam and Henderson were honored before the game in senior night festivities.
-Damian Jones’ 57-game starting streak was ended Wednesday to give Henderson his senior day start.

Individual Notes
-LaChance scored 15 points and was 3-5 from three – it was the SEC freshman’s leading scorer’s 21st game in double figures this year.
-Siakam scored 12 points and grabbed seven rebounds, including five offensive. He also added two assists, a block and a steal.
-Baldwin has now scored in double figures in four straight games after tallying 11 points. He also added seven assists and four steals. Baldwin now has 11 games this year with double-digit points and 11 with five assists or more.
-Baldwin, who leads all SEC freshmen in assists, now has 133 on the season.
-Jones scored 11 points in a season-low 17 minutes.
