-The Commodores stormed back after trailing at the half and early in the second half. Vanderbilt went on an 18-0 run in the second half and ended the game on a 34-7 run.

-The SEC’s freshmen leading scorer Riley LaChance led all scorers with 19 points in 39 minutes of action.
-Senior forward James Siakam notched his second consecutive double-double with a 16-point, 10-rebound effort. Siakam had five offensive rebounds, two blocks, and two steals.
-Freshman Wade Baldwin IV tallied 12 points, two assists, and two steals.
-Luke Kornet tied a career high with four assists.
-Junior point guard Carter Josephs played 13 minutes and dished out four assists and had one rebound. The 13 minutes played is a new season-high.
