-Commodores now own an 11-3 record, and 1-0 SEC mark. The 1-0 SEC start is Vanderbilt’s first since defeating Auburn, 65-35, to begin the 2012 SEC campaign.
-The Commodores now lead the series against Auburn 86-51, with a 49-16 home record.
-Coach Stallings is now 15-5 against the Tigers, and has won 10 consecutive games over Auburn. Vanderbilt has won seven in a row against the Tigers at Memorial Gym, dating back to 2000.

-Vanderbilt shot 43.5% (20-46) from the field, while holding Auburn to 30.5% (18-59). Auburn’s shooting percentage was the second-lowest by an opponent this season.
-Auburn outshot Vanderbilt from behind the arc at 33.3%, VU shot 30.8%.
-From the charity stripe, Vanderbilt shot 80% (20-25), while Auburn shot 50% (9-18).
-Commodores committed a season-high 19 turnovers to the Tigers’ nine.

Player Notes:
-James Siakam established his fourth career double-double with 14 points and ten boards.
-Damian Jones scored 11 points, his 13th double-digit game of the season, and 33rd career.
-Sophomore Luke Kornet tied his career high in rebounds with ten, a feat last achieved against Trevecca (11/16/14).
-Siakam and Kornet’s double-digit rebound games is the second game this season in which two Vanderbilt players had 10 or more rebounds.
-Freshman Jeff Roberson tied career-high blocks with one, and free throw attempts with six.
-Roberson made a career-high four free throws.
-Shelton Mitchell scored 10 points, his second consecutive game in double figures.
