Vanderbilt’s football and basketball teams will be in action this Thanksgiving weekend. The football team closes the regular season against Tennessee at 3 p.m. Saturday at Vanderbilt Stadium, while the basketball teams will be on the road participating in tournaments.
Saturday’s football game will air on SEC Network. The Commodores are looking for their third win in a row against Tennessee. Visit Gameday Central for everything you need to know leading up to kickoff.
Vanderbilt’s men’s and women’s basketball teams will put their undefeated records to tests this week. The men will travel to Brooklyn, N.Y., for the Barclays Center Classic Friday and Saturday. The Commodores will open the tournament against Rutgers at 6 p.m. Friday. Depending on the result of Friday’s game, Vanderbilt will either play Virginia or LaSalle Saturday.
The women will be play in the Gulf Coast Showcase Friday through Sunday in Estero, Fla. Vanderbilt will open the tournament against Minnesota at 5 p.m. Friday and will face UConn or College of Charleston on Saturday. Sunday’s game will be determined based on the team’s results on Friday and Saturday. Click here for more information.
