The second day of the Omaha Challenge met the Commodores with a pair of upper body exercises and a pair of lower body and cardio tests. The team started the day out in the weight room where competitors tested their grip with the baseball hang before moving over to the dumbbell bench. On the bench, players pushed a pair of 70-pound dumbbells for as many reps as they could.
Out of the weight room and into the football stadium, the 2100-yard shuttle was next up. The event was a grueling run that saw each player start at the goal line then proceed down the field five yards and back until finally finishing with a pair of 100-yard runs. The last event of the day was the Team Gator Push. Each team rotated pushing the Gator down the field goal line to goal line.
