Starting this week and continuing throughout the summer, we will bring Commodore fans a new video from the #FitnessFriday video series. Each week one of our strength & conditioning coaches will bring you a fitness tip to keep you in beach-body shape.

This week is an intro to getting fit, brought to you by head olympic strength & conditioning coach Darren Edgington. In this video, Darren goes through the basics of cardiovascular health and how to maintain your ideal training zone.

Next week, we will have Kristina Jeffries showing a circuit she created for our golf and tennis teams, so before you go to the course make sure you check out her workout.
