Commodore fans are encouraged to arrive early Saturday to Vanderbilt Stadium as the program salutes 20 current players in Senior Day activities.
Vanderbilt administrators are asking Commodore fans to be in their seats by 10:45 a.m. to view the recognition of seniors and their families.
The list of Senior Day participants is Karl Butler (LB, New Orleans, La.), Austyn Carta-Samuels (QB, San Jose, Calif.), Steven Clarke (CB, Lauderdale Lakes, Fla.), Hasan Clayton (RB, Arlington Heights, Ill.), Chase Garnham (LB, Fairhope, Ala.), Andre Hal (CB, Port Allen, La.), Wesley Johnson (OT, Nashville, Tenn.), Jonathan Krause (WR, Snellville, Ga.), Kenny Ladler (safety, Stone Mountain, Ga.), Fitz Lassing (FB, Nashville, Tenn.), Javon Marshall (safety, Huber Heights, Ohio), Jordan Matthews (WR, Madison, Ala.), Walker May (DE, Birmingham, Ala.), Jared Morse (DT, Oxford, Ala.), Warren Norman (RB, Chamblee, Ga.), Trent Pruitt (WR, Fitzgerald, Ga.), Carey Spear (PK, Mayfield Village, Ohio), Patrick Sutton (LB, Charleston, S.C.), Wesley Tate (RB, Hendersonville, Tenn.) and Chase White (OL, Plano, Texas).
The team also will acknowledge the memory of Rajaan Bennett, a member of the 2010 signing class who died two weeks after National Signing Day.
The graduating class, which accounts for 378 career starts, is the first in Vanderbilt history to qualify for three postseason Bowl games and with 12 Southeastern Conference wins, the most since the Class of 1951. This class is also the first to beat Tennessee in back-to-back seasons since 1925-26, and is the first in team history to beat Florida, Georgia and Tennessee in the same season.
