UPDATE: Vanderbilt’s game against Illinois will now begin at 7:35 p.m. CT.
Georgia Tech defeated East Tennessee State, 5-1. The Yellow Jackets advance and will play at 2 p.m. Saturday against the loser of the Vanderbilt-Illinois game. ETSU is eliminated.
The ETSU-Georgia Tech game was delayed due to lightning. The delay began at 3:57 and play resumed at 5:45.
