Ticket Information

Vanderbilt Head Coach James Franklin will be a featured speaker at Leadership Game Changer: Developing Business Champions, a special professional training event May 9 at the McCamish Pavilion at Georgia Tech.

Franklin will be joined at the one-day event by many current and former coaches as well as former players and TV personalities, who will inspire and train business people with proven lessons from the gridiron and hard courts.

The current Leadership Game Changer speaker lineup also includes: Kansas men’s basketball coach Bill Self; former Georgia head football coach Vince Dooley; Duke head football coach David Cutcliffe, who formerly coached Ole Miss; former Tennessee head football coach Bill Battle; college football coaching legend Homer Rice; Georgia Tech head football coach Paul Johnson as well as GT basketball coach Brian Gregory; Bill Curry, former head football coach at Alabama, Georgia Tech, Georgia State, and Kentucky; Wake Forest head football coach Jim Grobe; and Rod Olson, former coach at Oklahoma State and Appalachian State and founder and CEO of the Coaches of Excellence Institute. Former football great Herschel Walker will also speak at the event.

Additionally, several major broadcasting personalities in college sports will serve as the day’s masters of ceremonies.

Jay Bilas, college basketball analyst for ESPN and CBS sports (as well as former four-year starter and National Champion at Duke under Coach Mike Krzyzewski) will pair up with his CBS colleague Tracy Wolfson, the network’s lead college football sideline reporter, college basketball reporter, and anchor of CBS Sportsdesk. Also helping moderate Leadership Game Changer is Wes Durham, voice of Georgia Tech and the Atlanta Falcons – and one of only four people calling major college football on Saturday and the NFL on Sunday.

Leadership Game Changer, produced by Vanderbilt’s multimedia and licensing partner, IMG College, is designed to inspire and train business people with proven lessons from the gridiron and hard courts, helping participants to create a custom game plan for reaching their full potential. Business professionals will emerge from the unique one-day “training camp” with a personal game plan for improving their careers.
