Vanderbilt’s first All-American was Ray Morrison in football in 1911. Last year, Vanderbilt had four student-athletes earn first team All-America honors: Marina Alex (golf), Ally Carey (lacrosse), Brittni Hamilton (bowling) and Lauren Stratton (golf).
Vanderbilt’s All-America honorees are also displayed on a board in the lobby of Vanderbilt’s McGugin Center.
