With the Vanderbilt football game announced earlier Monday at Ole Miss as a 6 p.m. CT tip on November 10, times have been set for both the Commodore men and women’s teams regular season opener that Saturday at Memorial Gym.
The women will tip off at noon CT against McNeese State, while the men will take on Nicholls State following the women at 3 p.m. Fans with a ticket to the men’s game are encouraged to come to Memorial early to cheer on the women’s team. Tickets for the men’s contest will be honored for the women’s game, however priority seating during the women’s game will go to women’s basketball ticket holders.
Tickets for both games can be purchased by calling 322-GOLD, logging on to vucommodores.com, or by visiting the McGugin Center ticket office. Admission to the men’s game costs $22, while tickets to the women’s contest is $7.
