Vanderbilt bowling finished the 2011-12 season ranked third by a poll of the National Tenpin Coaches Association. The Commodores had been a semifinalist at the NCAA Championship earlier this month.
National champion Maryland-Eastern Shore topped the final poll of the nation’s college coaches, followed by Fairleigh Dickinson. Nebraska and Arkansas State rounded out the top five.
