The Vanderbilt Commodores close out the road portion of their regular season with matches at Ole Miss and Mississippi State this weekend.
The women picked up a big win over #19 Tennessee last Friday before losing a close match against #7 Georgia on Sunday 4-3. They charge into the weekend looking to pick up two more SEC victories as they head towards the end of the regular season and into the SEC tournament in a few weeks.
With #34 Jackie Wu, #104 Lauren Mira, and #106 Marie Casares leading the charge, the Dores hope to topple #16 Ole Miss, who bring with them two ranked individuals, and #62 Mississippi State. Nelly Radeva looks to extend her four-match winning streak. The junior from California has gone 8-1 in the last ten matches, with her tenth being a win by default.
The Commodores enter the weekend 13-7 (5-3 SEC), as do the Rebs, who will host the Dores on Friday at 3:00 p.m. CT. Mississippi State opens their weekend at 7-10 (1-7) against Kentucky on Friday before hosting the Commodores at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday.
