The Vanderbilt men’s golf team will participate in the 33rd annual Schenkel Invitational in Statesboro, Ga., March 16-18, at the Forest Heights Country Club. Georgia Southern will serve as the host for the three-day, 54-hole tournament.
Thirteen teams will join the Commodores in this weekend’s tournament – Alabama Birmingham, Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Kentucky, Minnesota, Mississippi, Notre Dame, N.C. State, North Florida, South Carolina, Virginia, and the host Eagles.
The Forest Heights Country Club will be set up as a par-72, 6,962-yard layout this weekend.
Vanderbilt will send Adam Hofmann, Trey DelGreco, Charlie Ewing, Hunter Stewart, and Ben Fogler, with Ryan Thornton participating as an individual.
