Vanderbilt’s baseball game against Florida remains in a rain delay in Omaha. The game was officially delayed in the bottom of the sixth inning at 8:02 a.m. as tornado sirens began to sound and debris filled the outfield as the wind picked up.
Fans were moved to the concourse and the press box was also evacuated during the delay as 70 MPH winds whipped through the stadium.
NCAA officials intend on finishing the game this evening as soon as the weather passes.
