The early-bird pricing announced in late February for Vanderbilt’s seven-game home schedule allows both renewing season ticket holders first-time ticket buyers an opportunity to save money and guarantee the best seats in the house for Head Coach James Franklin’s inaugural season.
The deadline to take advantage of the `10 pricing is Monday, April 18, one day after Franklin stages the Black and Gold Spring Game in Vanderbilt Stadium. The game, slated for kickoff at 6 p.m., also features plenty of family activities in the afternoon and a concluding fireworks display.
Season tickets are available online at Vanderbilt’s official website, vucommodores.com, by phone through the Athletic Ticket Office at 615/322-GOLD (322-4653), or in person at the McGugin Athletic Center on campus.
“This is a great incentive to for our fans and college football enthusiasts across Middle Tennessee to purchase their season tickets early and lock in their pricing,” Director of Sales and Marketing Steve Walsh said.
The ticket plans for 2011 include:
Commodore Season Ticket – Enjoy the best view of the game from the sidelines and help cheer the Black and Gold on to victory.

Regular Price (after April 18): $220
South Endzone Season Ticket – The most affordable option for Commodore fans who want to take in all 7 home games and have a great view of the action. Endzone Season Tickets are located in sections I, J, K, L & M.

Regular Price (after April 18): $138
Family Plan – Bring the entire family out to enjoy the thrill and excitement of Commodore football in a safe and fun environment. The Family Plan includes 2 adult and 2 youth season tickets in sections I, J, K, L & M. In an effort to encourage more families to take part in the Family Plan, pricing will be frozen at 2010 levels.
Family Plan: $325 (locked in at 2010 price)
Youth Season Tickets – Fans under the age of 17 enjoy a special rate for Vanderbilt football season tickets. Help to create a lifelong Commodore fan by bringing a child to enjoy the excitement of Vanderbilt football.

Vanderbilt Faculty & Staff Season Tickets – Employees of Vanderbilt receive special pricing to enjoy Commodore Football.
