On Saturday, Head Coach James Franklin got the energy, enthusiasm and effort he was seeking as the Commodores staged their first spring scrimmage in Vanderbilt Stadium. Dodging threatening skies, Franklin put the squad through a two-hour public workout watched by a few hundred fans. Donny Turnbaugh, one of our student interns, shot the following photo gallery from Tuesday’s proceedings.
The Commodores return to the practice field Tuesday, working toward the team’s Black and Gold Spring Game on Sunday, April 17.
