Starting Lineup
· Vanderbilt started sophomore John Jenkins, as well as juniors Jeffery Taylor and Brad Tinsley at guard…red-shirt juniors Festus Ezeli and Andre Walker started at center and guard, respectively…this is the second time Vanderbilt has used this starting lineup with the last game being a 76-69 loss to Western Kentucky December 11, 2009.
· This marks the first time since the 2009 Western Kentucky game that Vanderbilt has no seniors in the starting lineup.
· Jeffery Taylor leads the team with 65 career starts…Brad Tinsley is making his 56th career start while Andre Walker is starting for the 33rd time…Festus Ezeli is appearing in his 62nd game, including his 12th start…John Jenkins has made eight starts and played in 32 games.

Postgame Notes:
· Brad Tinsley recorded the first triple double in Vanderbilt history with 11 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists.
· This was the first meeting between the two schools.
· Vanderbilt now advances to 10-1 against Big South schools.
· Head Coach Kevin Stallings moves to 11-1 in season openers with the lone loss coming against Georgetown on November 15, 2006.
· Vanderbilt is now 52-7 in home openers.
· Vanderbilt has now made a three-pointer in 763 consecutive games, a streak that began in 1986, the first year of the three-point line.
· After a Presbyterian layup with 3:36 remaining in the first half, the Commodores went on a 20-0 run into the second half to take a 52-22 lead with 16:31 remaining.
· Vanderbilt had four players score in double-figures. Taylor had 27, Tinsley recorded 11, Ezeli had 14 and Jenkins topped it off with 10 points.
· Ten Vanderbilt players scored while 13 saw game action.
· Brad Tinsley scored 11 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to record his first double-double. It was also the first double-double for Vanderbilt since A.J. Ogilvy tallied 17 points and ten rebounds against Georgia on February 25, 2010.
· Vanderbilt’s 41 point win was the largest margin of victory since a 93-52 win over Kentucky on February 12, 2008.
· The last time Vanderbilt held a team to less than 50 points was November 24, 2009 when Chaminade put up 41.
· The Commodores 22 assists were the most since they had 22 against Mercer on December 21, 2009.
· Taylor’s 11 of 12 shooting tied a Vanderbilt single-game record of 91.7 percent set by Mike Rhodes against Alabama on January 21, 1978.

First-half notes:
· Vanderbilt won the opening tip-off and scored the first five points off of a Taylor dunk and a two-point jumper and free-throw by Tinsley.
· At 17:05, Taylor sparked a 9-2 run with a three-pointer and scored seven of the nine total points in the 2:13 stretch to give the Commodores a ten point lead.
· Ezeli got the first foul for the Commodores with 6:22 remaining.
· Brad Tinsley hit a three-pointer with 2:43 remaining to give the Commodores a 37-22 lead.
· Rod Odom and Kyle Fuller saw their first collegiate action when they entered the game with 11:41 remaining in the first half.
· Tinsley grabbed his seventh rebound with 1:44 remaining, setting a career high.
· Vanderbilt’s 66.7% shooting was its highest field goal percentage since it shot 71.4% against Alabama A&M on December 10, 2008.

· Jeffery Taylor opened up the second half with a dunk to take a 44-22 lead.
· Vanderbilt started the second half with a 10-0 run to take a 52-22 lead.
· Presbyterian got a technical foul with 8:59 remaining.
· Brad Tinsley grabbed his tenth rebound with 11:40 remaining to earn his first career double-double. It is the first double-double since A.J. Ogilvy recorded one against Georgia on February 25, 2010.
· Brad Tinsley recorded Vanderbilt’s first triple double when he got his tenth assist with 4:34 remaining in the game.
· Vanderbilt’s 46 second half points were the most since the Commodores scored 52 against Ole Miss February 18, 2010.

Player notes:
· Brad Tinsley’s 10 rebounds mark a career-high.
· Tinsley recorded 10 assists, a career high and the most for a Vanderbilt player since Alex Gordon grabbed 10 against Furman on November 20, 2005
· The 27 points by Taylor tied a career high that was set against Alabama on March 12, 2009.
· Taylor had the best shooting night of his career, making 11 of 12.
· Jeffery Taylor’s three three-pointers marked a career high and he tripled his total from last season.
