Members of Vanderbilt’s football team joined Vanderbilt football coach Robbie Caldwell on Tuesday at the Vanderbilt Student Life Center for the annual Vanderbilt Faculty/Staff Cookout.
Approximately 800 Vanderbilt employees attended the event where staff members had the opportunity to eat complimentary hot dogs and chips with members of the team as well as take photos, talk football and get autographs.
Coach Caldwell and captains Joey Bailey, T.J. Greenstone and Adam Smotherman also addressed the crowd during the cookout, thanking those for attending the event and supporting the team during the 2010 season.
On Thursday, Caldwell will attend SEC Media Day in Birmingham, Ala., with linebackers John Stokes and Chris Marve and running back Warren Norman.
