TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Vanderbilt will face Florida State in Game 2 of the NCAA Tallahassee Super Regional Saturday at Noon p.m. CT inside Dick Howser Stadium. The game will be televised on ESPN and can also be seen online via ESPN3.com. You can also tune into Joe Fisher’s radio call on 560 AM and VUCommodores.com.
The Seminoles took the series opener, 9-8, Friday behind Mike McGee’s two-out solo homer in the bottom of the ninth. With a win today, FSU would advance to the College World Series for the 20th time in school history. The Commodores need to take the final two games to get to Omaha.
