Birmingham, Ala. – Vanderbilt senior women’s tennis player Hannah Blatt has been awarded for her outstanding efforts in the community, as she was selected as Vanderbilt’s representative on the 2010 SEC Women’s Tennis Community Service Team.

A native of Nashville, Tenn., Blatt has volunteered at the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity and has assisted in building homes for needy families as well as watching younger children while their parents attended self-help classes offered by the same organization.
