Vanderbilt’s student body and fans of its men’s basketball team are encouraged to support “I Love College Hoops”, a national partnership with Coaches vs. Cancer, Collegiate Licensing Company and the National Association of Basketball Coaches taking place later this month.
An official “Headbands for Hope” headband is currently in stock and on sale at the Vanderbilt Bookstore. Fans are encouraged to wear these at the Feb. 25 men’s basketball game against Georgia. The headband and t-shirt will be worn at games across the country the last week of February.
A percentage of proceeds from the official headband will be contributed to the American Cancer Society in connection with Coaches vs. Cancer.
