NASHVILLE, Tenn. â€â€ Vanderbilt baseball will host its annual Meet the Commodores Baseball Banquet on Saturday, Feb. 13, at 7 p.m. at the Student Life Center.
The banquet is the first opportunity to meet and interact with the 2010 Commodore Baseball team. There will be a silent auction and dinner followed by head coach Tim Corbin giving a rundown of the current team.
There are a limited amount of tickets still available and the deadline to purchase is Feb. 3. Individual tickets are $65 per person with corporate tables also available with seating for seven guests and a Commodore player. The Commodores return seven offensive starters and five pitchers from last year’s team that advanced to the NCAA Louisville Regional Finals. VU opens the season with a three-game series against Niagara the weekend of Feb. 19-21.
