– Vanderbilt started senior Jermaine Beal and sophomores Jeffery Taylor and Brad Tinsley at guard … sophomore Andre Walker started at forward and sophomore Festus Ezeli at center. This was the first time Vanderbilt has ever used this starting lineup.

– Andre Walker’s three-point play with 7:45 to play gave VU a 19-point lead, 76-57, its largest of the game.
– A layup by John Jenkins with 5:14 to play gave VU an 81-60 lead, its largest margin of the game.
– With 2:25 to play, Jermaine Beal’s three-point play gave Vanderbilt a 93-66 lead … The 27-point advantage was the largest of the game.

Individual Notes
A.J. Ogilvy finished with three blocks to become the second VU player to post 1,000 points and 100 blocks in a career … Will Perdue (1,281 points and 157 blocks) is the only other VU player to accomplish the feat … Ogilvy will also became just the fourth player in VU history with 100 or more blocks in his career.
– Ogilvy chipped in 13 points and now has 1,039 for his career, which ranks 36th in school history … Ogilvy trails Sam Howard for 35th all-time (1,042 points) … Ogilvy reached double figures in scoring for the 58th time in his career.
Jermaine Beal scored 17 points, reaching double figures for the 36th time in his career.
Jeffery Taylor finished with a team-high 20 points on 8-of-14 shooting to reach double figures in scoring for the 22nd time in his career … It marked the third time in his career and second straight game that Taylor reached the 20-point plateau … He scored a career-high 27 in last year’s season finale against Alabama.
Brad Tinsley posted 10 points, finishing with double figures in points for the 23rd time in his career.
