The Vanderbilt women’s golf team opens its 2009-10 slate with a two-day tournament Sunday in Charleston, S.C., at the Cougar Fall Classic at Yeamans Hall.
The Commodores, who made their 10th consecutive NCAA regional appearance in the spring of 2009, will send senior Brooke Goodwin, junior Megan Grehan, sophomores Marina Alex and Andrea Messer, and freshman Anna Leigh Keith to the 54-hole event.
The tournament will be played at the Yeamans Hall Golf Club, with 36 holes played on Sunday and 18 on Monday. The course will be set up as a par-72 and set at a length of 6,211 yards.
