ATHENS, Ga. – Vanderbilt and No. 13 Georgia will play the second game of their three game series Saturday at noon CT at Foley Field. The game will be televised by CSS. Fans can also listen to Joe Fisher’s call on 560 AM or online in All Access.
The Commodores (30-20, 11-13 SEC) will send left-hander Mike Minor (4-4, 3.93 ERA) to the mound while the Bulldogs (33-16, 14-11) will counter with southpaw Alex McRee (4-1, 3.55).
In Friday’s series opener, Vanderbilt’s freshmen combination of Sonny Gray and Jack Armstrong kept Georgia’s bats at bay as they combined to allow only two runs and four hits in the Commodores’ 10-2 victory.
