Wills named Rookie of the Week

Vanderbiltís freshman goalkeeper, Natalie Wills, receives the WomensLax.com Rookieof the Week after she notched 13 saves and 3 ground balls to lead the Commodores to a12-7 victory over ALC foe and 17th-ranked Penn State.

The freshman played a full 60 minutes on Sunday and with the victory moves to 3-1 in the cage for Vanderbilt. Wills, a member of the 2008 Tewaaraton high school team, hails from Kent Island, Maryland.

The Commodores return to action on Saturday for three-straight home games when theytake on Binghamton in the VU Lacrosse Complex at 11:00 AM.
