Vanderbilt and LSU will square off Thursday in the winner’s bracket of the SEC Tournament at 5 p.m. CT in Regions Field. Redshirt freshman right-hander Caleb Cotham (7-4, 3.70 ERA) will take the hill for the Commodres, while the Tigers will counter with junior left-hander Blake Martin (4-3, 5.30).
Vanderbilt opened the tournament Wednesday with a 7-3 victory over second-seeded Florida, while LSU rallied from a four-run deficit in the ninth to edge seventh-seeded South Carolina 5-4 in 10 innings.
