EVANSTON, Ill. — The ninth-ranked Vanderbilt women’s lacrosse team travels to the 2008 American Lacrosse Conference tournament, hosted at Northwestern’s Lakeside Field, this weekend.
The Commodores will face 19th-ranked Johns Hopkins at 2 p.m. CT on Saturday, May 3, in the day’s second semfinal. Northwestern will meet either Ohio State or Penn State in the day’s first semifinal.
Saturday winners advance to the championship for a chance to earn the conference’s automatic berth into the NCAA Tournament. The championship game is scheduled for 12 Noon CT, and will be televised live by CBS College Sports.
