NASHVILLE — Third-seeded Vanderbilt (23-7) will take on second-seeded Tennessee (28-2) Saturday night in the semifinals of the 2008 SEC Women’s Basketball Tournament. Tip-off is set for 8 p.m. CT inside the Sommet Center and the game will be televised on FSN.
The Commodores advanced to tonight’s game after defeating Auburn 49-44 in Friday’s second round, while the Lady Vols got past Florida, 92-61.
