GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Tonight’s Florida-Vanderbilt soccer match is canceled due to unplayable field conditions. The Gainesville area has received more than 1.5 inches of rain in the last three hours (along with more than 2 inches of rain in the last 24 hours) and the rain is projected to last well into the evening.
The match is now scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 4 at the James G. Pressly Stadium. Match time will be announced at a later date.
Vanderbilt (3-5-2) will finish out its road swing against South Carolina (8-3) on Sunday at Noon CT. The Gamecocks are playing Kentucky tonight in Columbia, S.C.
