Nashville, Tenn. – Three players from the 2006 Vanderbilt football team will not return for the upcoming season, Head Coach Bobby Johnson announced.
Quavian Lewis, a sophomore from Troy, Ala., is the lone departure who played during his Commodore career. Lewis saw action in eight games last year, playing on special teams and as a reserve linebacker. The other departures are a pair of freshmen that did not play in 2006: defensive back Marquez Hall of Tuskegee, Ala., and wide receiver Steven Goulet of Irmo, S.C.
