The NCAA playing rules committee approved on Friday, May 25, the men’s basketball rules committee’s recommendation to move the 3-point line back to 20 feet, nine inches beginning in the 2008-09 season. As one of three teams (along with UNLV and Princeton) to have made at least one 3-pointer in every game since the 3-point line was brought into the college game for the 1986-87 campaign, the Vanderbilt men’s basketball program has been featured in several articles published recently on Rivals.com.
