NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The No. 21 Vanderbilt women’s tennis team will travel to Knoxville and Athens to face No. 26 Tennessee and No. 5 Georgia on Friday and Sunday.

The Commodores (13-5, 6-0) are undefeated in the SEC and are riding an 11-match win streak.

The Volunteers (8-7, 3-3) recently notched their second conference win of the season against Auburn in Alabama. Victoria Jones and Zsofia Zubor each earned their 15th singles win of the year during the contest.

No. 5 Georgia (13-1, 5-1) suffered its first loss of 2007 to Auburn last Friday. The Bulldogs will be out for blood when they play the Commodores, who defeated Georgia twice in 2007. The first time during regular season conference play (5-2)  and the second time the Commodores knocked Georgia out of the dance during the second round of the NCAA tournament (4-3).

Vanderbilt will start the weekend in Knoxville at 2:30 p.m. CST and follow with Georgia on Sunday at 2:30 p.m. CST.
