Women’s Tennis Head to SEC Tourney Friday 4/16/2006 The No. 2 seeded Commodores (20-3, 10-1) will begin post-season play on Friday, April 22 at 2 p.m. (ET) against the winner of the No.7 seed Arkansas (5-6, 9-9) and No.10 seed LSU (3-8, 11-10) contest in the second round of the SEC tournament. The Florida Gators knocked the Commodores (4-1) out of the tournament on their way to the SEC title during the semifinals in 2005. The No. 8 Commodores are entering the contest with only one SEC regular season loss against Florida (5-2) in Gainesville. Sophomore Taka Bertrand is the highest seeded player in the SEC to go undefeated in conference singles play (11-0, 21-1).
