HUMBLE, Texas — Freshman Jon Curran moved up to a tie for 13th after shooting a 73 on Saturday, while the Commodores slid one spot in the team standings at the Redstone Golf Club.

Curran stands in a six-way tie for 13th at five over for the tournament. Sophomore Tyler Matthews stands five strokes behind Curran after shooting a three-over 75 on Saturday. Junior Luke List went eight-over for the second round, while sophomore Brett Lange scored 10-over.

Oklahoma State fired a tournament-low 292 to move past first-round leader Texas after the second round of the Hall of Fame Invitational on the Tournament Course at Redstone Golf Club in Humble, Texas. The Cowboys two-round total of 10-over-par 586 gives them a seven-shot advantage over Texas and East Tennessee State. Anthony Kim of Oklahoma increased his individual lead to eight shots by posting 69 to move to eight-under.

East Tennessee State and Texas are tied for second at 17-over and is followed by Oklahoma (+23), Texas A&M (+25), Purdue (+27), Clemson (+32), Georgia (+33) and South Carolina-Aiken (+34). Arizona (+36) checked in at 10th with TCU (+39), New Mexico (+42), Duke (+45), Arkansas (+46), Vanderbilt (+48), Wake Forest (+52) and Guilford (+57) completing the standings.

Kim – who is the only individual to shot in the 60s and the only player to finish under par both rounds – is followed by Moore and Texas’ Jhonatton Vegas who are eight shots back and tied for second at even par. Bronson Burgoon of Texas A&M and Martin (+1) are tied for fourth while East Tennessee State’s Cian McNamara (+2) jumped one slot to sixth. Leon and Stephen Poole of Clemson (+3) stayed in a tie for seventh. East Tennessee State’s Rhys Davies, Drew Laning of TCU, Purdue’s Peter Richardson and Gareth Shaw of East Tennessee State (+4) finished in a four-way to for ninth.

Final round action tees off with a shotgun start Sunday at 7:30 a.m.
