NCC on track to surpass membership goal! 6/28/2005 National Commodore Club Executive Director, Chris Wyrick, reported Tuesday that the organization is nearing its aggressive 2004-05 membership goal with just two days left in the fiscal year. The organization provides the annual financial resources for Vanderbilt’s 300 student-athletes. “As of Tuesday morning, we have received over $2.1 million,” Wyrick said. “We often receive many contributions during the last few days of June and therefore we expect to reach near $2.3 million mark, which says a lot about the generosity of our members and their belief in our terrific student-athletes.” NCC Membership Information If you have not already given or would like to increase your gift, the NCC would truly appreciate your contribution. Additionally, please remind Commodore supporters of the approaching June 30 deadline to help Vanderbilt Athletics in this fiscal year. REMINDER: June 30, 2005 marks the end of the year for your National Commodore Club membership dues. Your total gifts from July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005 (this Thursday) will determine your membership benefits for the coming year– including both 2005 football and 2005-2006 basketball priority seating and parking. This will also determine your priority level for ordering SEC basketball tournament tickets (held in Nashville in 2006) and other special opportunities. Remember–Your Membership Matters!
