Fourteen Commodores Named to SEC Winter Academic Honor Roll 3/31/2005 Fourteen Vanderbilt student-athletes from three sports were named to the Southeastern Conference Winter Academic Honor Roll the league office recently announced. Six members of the women’s bowling team received the academic honor, including Mallory Abbott (Human & Organizational Development), Therese Griner (Secondary Education/Mathematics), Christine Luce (Child Studies), Jennifer Redmond (Civil Engineering), Jessica Tower (Human & Organizational Development) and Tywanquila Walker (Psychology/Spanish) Four student-athletes from the women’s basketball team earned the accolade, including Ashley Earley (Psychology), Erica Grimaldi (Secondary Education/English), Cherish Stringfield (Arts & Sciences) and Caroline Williams (Human & Organizational Development). Four members of the men’s basketball team also were recognized, including Dan Cage (Human & Organizational Development), Jason Holwerda (Human & Organizational Development), Dawid Przybyszewski (German) and Ted Skuchas (Computer Engineering). |
