The No. 8 Vanderbilt women’s tennis team returns to their SEC slate this weekend as they welcome No. 57 Arkansas and No. 41 LSU to the Currey Tennis Center.

The Dores Friday matchup with the Razorbacks represents Senior Day for Commodore standouts Audra Falk and Annie Menees.

Together, Falk and Menees post an impressive 237 dual match wins going into the weekend.

As a team, the Dores are coming off a weekend in which they traded matches with Big 12 powers Baylor and Texas.

Currently, Coach Geoff Macdonald’s club holds a spring record of 13-3, 3-1 SEC.

The Razorbacks enter the Friday contest holding a 10-4 mark overall and are currently on the hunt for their first SEC victory.

The LSU Tigers come to town clutching an overall record of 7-5, notching a 1-3 record in Southeastern Conference play.

The Tigers feature senior and ITA No. 99, Amanda Mang.  The New Orlean’s native currently holds a 5-7 record at the No. 1 position along with a 9-14 record overall.

“Arkansas has improved a lot with a lot of new players,” said Macdonald.  “Everybody in this conference is strong and any win is a big win for us right now.”

The Dores meet the Razorbacks on Friday at 2:30 p.m. and return to the Currey Center on Sunday for a Noon start with the Tigers.
