During an eight day stretch in March, Vanderbilt University will be a hub of family entertainment. With a wide variety of events that are all priced at $7 or less, ‘Dore Days offers plenty of family entertainment and quality athletic competition.

The fun begins and ends with baseball. Tuesday, March 22nd, the Commodores host Tennessee Tech. Next, the Crimson Tide rolls into Hawkins Field March 25-27 for the SEC home opening series. ‘Dore Days concludes with the baseball team facing Jacksonville State March 29th.

Saturday, March 26th offers an entire day of Commodore fun. Before the baseball game, the annual Black and Gold Football Scrimmage will take place at 10 am in Vanderbilt Stadium. With many starting positions in doubt, this promises to be the most intense spring of the Bobby Johnson era.

Men’s and women’s tennis teams also have matches during ‘Dore Days with the men playing Ohio State and the women welcoming SEC foes Arkansas and LSU.

Women’s lacrosse, which reached the Final Four in 2004, will host national powers Duke and Stanford.
