Tickets Still Available For 2005 SEC Men’s Basketball Tournament

ATLANTA — Tickets are still available for fans wishing to follow the Commodore men’s basketball team to Atlanta next month for the 2005 Southeastern Conference Men’s Basketball Tournament, March 10-13 at the Georgia Dome, Vanderbilt officials announced Tuesday.

A book of tickets, which is valid for admission to all sessions of the four-day tournament, can be purchased for $200. Play begins each day at 1 p.m. ET.

Last season, Vanderbilt, the fourth seed from the East defeated Ole Miss and Mississippi State en route to the SEC Semifinals.

The 2005 Commodores currently hold an overall record of 16-10. At 6-6 in conference, they are tied with South Carolina for third in the SEC Eastern Division.

Fans wishing to purchase tickets for the 2005 SEC Men’s Basketball Tournament can do so by calling the Vanderbilt ticket office at (615) 322-GOLD; visiting the box office located in the McGugin Center on Vanderbilt’s campus between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday-Friday; or ordering online at visiting www.commodoregameday.com/.
